By using PawPair India you agree to these terms.

Who can use the site

• You must be 18 or older.
• You may only list a pet that you own or are legally responsible for.

Listings

• Listings are for mating or free adoption only. Offering an animal for sale, or asking for money for an adoption, is not allowed.
• Information and photos must be true and must show the actual animal.
• Do not put phone numbers, email addresses or links in a listing or a first message.
• Pets listed for mating must be at least 12 months old, healthy and vaccinated. Follow your vet's advice on when and how often an animal is bred.
• Details such as KCI registration or vaccinations are declared by the owner. We check listings before they go live, but we do not verify these claims.
• We may refuse or remove any listing, and close any account, that breaks these rules.

Arrangements between owners

PawPair India is not a party to any arrangement between users. You are responsible for checking the other person and their animal, and for any agreement you make. Meet safely and follow the Safety tips page.

Payments

Featuring a listing is optional and paid in advance. Refunds follow our Refund and cancellation policy.
