What we collect

• Your name, email, mobile number and city, when you create an account.
• The pet details and photos you add to a listing.
• Messages you send to other owners through the site.
• Payment records for features you buy. Card and UPI details are handled by our payment provider and never reach us.

Who can see it

• Anyone can see a live listing: the pet's name, breed, age, city, photos and description.
• Your email is never shown to other users.
• Your mobile number is shown only to a person whose message you choose to answer by sharing it.

Your choices

You can remove a listing at any time from My account. To delete your account and data, email pawpairindia@gmail.com; we do it within 30 days.
